Super Administrator¶

Overview¶

The Super Administrator is the highest privileged role within the VitalBridge platform.

Super Administrators are responsible for platform-wide operations and have visibility across all tenants.

Unlike tenant-scoped roles, Super Administrators operate at the platform level.

Super Administrators are responsible for:

Tenant onboarding
Tenant lifecycle management
Platform administration
Organizational oversight
Tenant activation and suspension
