Overview¶

The Super Administrator possesses the highest level of access within the VitalBridge platform.

This role is responsible for platform-wide governance, tenant management, and operational oversight.

Unlike tenant-scoped roles, Super Administrators are not restricted to a specific tenant.

Super Administrators may:

View platform metrics
Access audit logs
Monitor tenant health
Review operational activity

Restricted Operations¶

Super Administrators should not perform operational healthcare activities.

Examples include:

Creating appointments
Managing provider schedules
Conducting consultations
Managing patient records

These responsibilities belong to tenant-level roles.

The Super Administrator role follows the principle of:

The role is not intended for day-to-day healthcare operations.
